i'm guessing that it would depend on how big a shot ur going with.. i had a 75 shot on my 89 lx and i changed nothing and it seemed to work out pretty well...

X2, but remeber with nitrous, you want to have the right amount of fuel. You don't want it to go lean on you.

A few questions. What intake do you have now? What injectors and fuel pump do you have?

More worried about the fuel pump and injectors, then the intake.:yes1:

The three big concerns for me would be that you ensure the fuel/ignition system is up to snuff. You religiously read the plugs. You make SURE that the tune is spot on always !

Wet or Dry shot? Pump is number 1 item...depending on the size of the shot...then injectors if it is a dry shot( Not a fan of those), plugs, and timing depending on the size of the shot again

should be ok with 100 shot. i would just make sure ur getting the right fuel pressure. maybe a fuel pressure regulator and gauge to keep an eye on things

Your best bet might be to go to a local performance shop and get their recommendations or just let them set up your car.

i would diffently change the fuel pump and run a wet kit. nitrous is fun. its a kick in the pants for sure. just my .02 worth.

100 shot wet kit should be okay. just use the suggested manufacturer's nitrous and fuel jets to be on the safe side. along with a colder plug, dial back the timing a couple degrees, and make sure your ignition stuff is up to par (cap/rotor/coil/etc).

hearsay is little 75 dry shots really pick up stock 5.0s!

What would you want to upgrade if you wanted to do a 100 shot on a bolt on 93? I was thinking better colder plugs, make sure fuel pressure is good. Back the timing down a bit or have it tuned?

have it tuned not just lower the timing and fuel pump upgrade if funds allow.you can just back down the timing and will probably be fine but that will not tell you the a/f ratio.

If you are looking to get the max out of the 100 hp shot, then you will need to have the A/F checked, but just to have fun, I would go with just a little colder plug and pull out about 4 degrees of timing...Depending on the brand of the kit, you will see from 55-110 hp at the tires.

sounds good. Sorry to jack the thread. Do an inline fuel pump like a T rex?
