Well i got a extra 5.0 motor laying around. I was given a 2000 v6 mustang with an auto. Should i do the swap or sell the v6 and help the pumpkin project?

I'd sell it and use the money, unless you have trouble finding a buyer that is LOL !

Thanks for the input guys. It will be a bit before i get the pictures. It is a red 2000 Auto all factory v6. I have not picked it up yet. My dad got a new shelby and is wanting this car out of the way. I have to go to ATL to pick it up one weekend. keep ya posted

Only problem I can see with the swap is if you need it to stay NC emissions legal.
How are you going to get past the OBDII test if you swap a 5.0 into it?

NC emissions are county by county. My county is to small for them to worry about something like that. We don't have the tests now. thanks for looking out for me though.

Ah,I didn't realize they hadn't changed the whole state over to it.
I knew back when it was tailpipe emissions test it was county to county.
