photoshop help

Was wondering if anyone felt like giving a quick walk through on how to do this kind of stuff in photoshop. I am interested in it, but don't really have any idea how to use it.

be ready to practice! Photoshop is really powerful but as a side effect it take some time to get into.

check this place out, they should have some tutorials and a lot of people you could talk to about it.
