I suffer from panic attacks, and the last 3 weeks have been hell on earth for me. Had a major fight that has forced me to part ways with my parents, have had major issues with my daughter and the school not wanting to deal with her autism, and issues with our current property management company.
So my panic attacks have got really bad. I do take a med for em but I am low in supply. (6 pills left. That has to last till the 7th of next month.) Insane amounts of stress, and panic attack = not me being happy. Just need a lift and figure Gods my best source.

I pray things will get better for you. This is one of my favorite poems. I hope it helps.
One night a man had a dream. He dreamed
he was walking along the beach with the LORD.
Across the sky flashed scenes from his life.
For each scene he noticed two sets of
footprints in the sand: one belonging
to him, and the other to the LORD.
When the last scene of his life flashed before him,
he looked back at the footprints in the sand.
He noticed that many times along the path of
his life there was only one set of footprints.
He also noticed that it happened at the very
lowest and saddest times in his life.
This really bothered him and he
questioned the LORD about it:
"LORD, you said that once I decided to follow
you, you'd walk with me all the way.
But I have noticed that during the most
troublesome times in my life,
there is only one set of footprints.
I don't understand why when
I needed you most you would leave me."
The LORD replied:
"My son, my precious child,
I love you and I would never leave you.
During your times of trial and suffering,
when you see only one set of footprints,
it was then that I carried you."

Panic attacks suck folks. Feels like your losing all control, breathing is shallow, my arms feel heavy, chest pain, and attacks of instant extreme tiredness. It sucks. I had a bad one this afternoon. Reallly bad one. Thanks again.

Anxiety comes when you feel like you have no control over a situation and that there is nothing you can do about the situation. Depression sets in quickly especially in men when stressors such as providing for your family, saftety of said family and health are threatened. As soon as you start having those feelings try to focus on the fact that you are not made to be big enough for everything, but GOD is able to handel it for you.
The scriptures guide us to pray and give thanks for every anxious moment, because it causes us to depend on God to make us stronger instead of depending on ourselves all the time. I am praying for you right now Adam.

Thank you guys.... This is helping a lot. Sometime hearing you will be ok helps more then anything thing else. But what helps the most is knowing you have people praying to a loving and caring God.
