Tach Hookup-Can somebody walk me through it?

Like the title says, I have an AutoGage tach and shiftlight id like to hook up, but ive never done it before.

If anyone could walk me through it, step by step, I would be MOST appreciated. Pics are a plus.

Everything is stock. I will be mounting it on the dash, right above the vents.

I believe its the green wire w/ yellow strip that comes off the coil.

as far as the tach it should be a green wire.

White goes to the green/yellow wire?

I'm not sure what the colors are, but you need to hook the signal wire off the tach to the negative side of the coil. green wire/yellow stripe sounds right though as stated above for the coil.

on the tach white is USUALLY for the light... green is USUALLY for the tach...

you should be able to look that up in your instructions for it, or the manufactures web site. :thumbsup1:
