This guy's name is Tim. I met Tim a few months ago, when I did a swap with him and swaped him my Built AOD for his TKO600 set-up. He is a stand up guy and just an all around great guy, well..................he had a really bad day yesterday. He has been working on his 93 coupe for almost a year now. When he bought the car it had a B&G single turbo kit on it, the TKO600 set-up, that I now have, and a really tired 302.
He took the motor and tranny out and built a nice 306 for the car and we swapped trannys to put the AOD in his car. Well he got everything back together, everything worked great, just need a professional tune. He drove the car a few days to work to get a few miles on the motor and tranny before he took it to get tuned. yesterday he carried the car got the tune done on it, great! Here is a pic of the car right after getting it back together.

I absolutely was speachless........................, pure makes me sick to my stomach.
Tim Had a super sweet car, and after all the blood, sweat, and tears.......this is the end result............
He said it had an electrical fire that started somewhere up front on the headlamp harness or front engine harness somewhere.
I just wanted to share this with you guys and gals, and remember ALWAYS be sure if you are doing any wire splicing or repairing wiring on your stang to PLEASE do it right. If you have a butchered wiring harness, this could happen to your Pride and Joy. We ALL spend way to much time and money on our cars to have it all gone in a matter of a few minutes.
God Speed to Tim's Mustang!
