my temp. custady hearing

today i had my temp. custady hearing for my son christian... most of my close friends know that my wife left me on the 15th of dec. after she had a 8 month afair with a guy at work!!! i hired a privite investagator to help my case... i was going for custady of my son my wife wasnt happy with that.. the out come was that we continue to have joint custady of my son which was good cause that dosnt happen much but becase of my p.i info i at least have joint custady... im happy but the ex's boyfriend can no longer be around my kids till we are devorced... so yes i had a good day and the ex not so good hahahahaha

Thats awesome man, they make you go to mediation? It sucks but a lot of time if you play it right you can come out better than with out a judge. I did at least. Congrats

good luck man I won cust. of my 2 kids 9 years ago and it's funny because she has not payed child support ever and when I bring her to court 4 times now the judge says the same thing give her another chance.
and says she don't owe any rears just start paying. yet I have a child by another woman and if I miss 1 payment they take my license.
sorry for the rant I just can't stand the courts. and if she cheated on you I hope you get your son. good luck man.

Thanks everyone things r going good i did change my decision on costady... I decided that i want to keep the joint costady so that it works better for everyone... My parents would have him more than me cause of my crazy work schedual so it wasnt fair to them and i couldnt take him from his mother even though she did me wrong!!! We do get along good and she wants me to be happy just as i wish her happiness in return!! It looks like i should be devorcrd in 2 to 3 months!!!

Glad to hear it's working out for you ! I wont even get started on the issues I'm still having with my 10yp stepdaughter's deadbeat Dad. At least your kids know that no matter what they have folks that care alot !!!

yeah i have a stepdaughter ive raised since she was 3 and im her dad her real dad wasnt around or really cared she calls me dad and even after my devorce i will always be her dad no matter what she knows that im there for her!!!
