well as you all know I had to have surgery on my finger and such, got the the last of the bills in.
the good news is that the hospital discounts its bill a lot if you don't have insurance.
the bad news is if I had cash in hand I could walk of the lot with a new GT.
on top of that I've got school loan, car loan, and a small credit card bill.
to make things worse work got really slow so it's been on off, had last week off and ended up overdrafting my account so I basically started the week with half a pay check and an empty tank of gas.
and it's almost time for new tires all around.
Needless to say it's going to be a rough time getting back on my feet, I really don't know how long this is gonna take or where the money is gonna come from...:pray:

I understand where you are coming from. Just pray brother........God doesn't give you more than you can handle, even if it seems like it. Maybe the hospital will work with you on the bills.....

i know exactly where you're coming from bro. when my wife left me last month she took $1200. i had to get another title loan that i just paid off for $1000. then i had to pawn my 32" flat screen, shot gun, wedding ring, guitar, nitro rc, and playstation all for only $255 just to make my water and part of my power bill. we all go through it some time or another. it sux but you'll bounce back b4 you know it

Been there done that. In dec we had an unexpected huge tax bill. We had 300 buck left over after paying it.... then we got walloped with a 37 inch blizzard. We had to buy food for 2 weeks, x'mas gifts for the kids, and keep some for gas. Oh yeah that all happened on the 15th.

For every mountain peek there are valleys to travel through. You will make it back up and stronger each time. just like your rooster they have not found a way to kill you yet......

We just went through (and are still dealing with) something similar. My wife had to have emergency surgery in October and we have been dealing with it ever since. The hospital discounted the bills, but we were still facing 50k to 60k in medical bills. Fortunately, the hospital had a good financial counselor, and we were able to get some help through Medicaid b/c the amount of the bills exceeded their "percentage" of debt per income for the month. We just recently got it all settled, but we are only paying about 1/4 of what we would have had to. Ask about what kind of help is available to you. And of course, I'll be praying for you too!
