I'm afraid I have the gangster lean syndrome in my 91. Kinda uneasy about tackling this repair myself. Anyone done this before that may want to lend a hand?

I need to tackle this before MW. I wanna pimp my vert, but not that hard. lmao I wouldn't mind having someone with me when I do this. Can't afford to mess anything up.
I've never fixed one but I'll drink beer and give you moral support if it will help.
I saw a tutorial somewhere on the net on how to fix it and meant to save it but didn't. I know, " A lot of help I am ".
Ha, I found it.

im in greenville s.c. and ill fix it for you at no charge. i had to fix mine. i have the hog rings and hog ring pliers to uncover and recover the seat. i had to fix the exact same problems with mine. just disassemble and uncover the seat back, straighten it, and reweld the spot welds and i went around the edges and stitch welded it to made it better than factory. i own my own shop and have a mig welder so its no prob
if i can help let me know

I have that saved. Found it the other day. It doesn't seem too difficult, but you never know. This would be a great project for a shop day. I wonder if we could set something up.

That's a real nice offer. I appreciate it. Once I figure out what I'm gonna do about this and when, I may hit you up. Could you do this on the weekend?

Not sure when I can get to this. This weekend is out and I'd like to take my coupe to the track next weekend, but who knows. We'll see.
