View Full Version : WTB: 5.0 block and main caps...
well i got a good deal on same AFR 185s... so that means either trading them for 165s and building a 302, or a 347 with the 185s. so im looking for a stock block and main caps, and a cheap 347 kit... main bolts would be nice too.

Roller or non?? I got a couple non-roller blocks I'll sell. I got a couple long blocks, short block and just blocks with mains.

i got a whole stock 5.0 minus the intake and carb, also it is a roller motor, $300, if that helps any
well it turns out they are 165's, not 185's like i was told. so ill prolly just do a back year rebuild on a 5.0 and put some big boy pistons in it and call it done. so i need a rebuildable roller short block...

yeah its what i would need but your price is too high. can get an explorer shotblock for a hundred bucks.

i figured it was worth more than a hundred bucks b/c it's a running motor, just needs a intake and carb

I have a 302 here , but its already .30 and its a complete shortblock with flycuts to clear a 2.05 inline valve head. $100...probably needs to be cleaned up good its been in a body shop for a couple years.
