I was told to get the one that requires less prep work. You'll pay a little more, but you'll save at the body shop. On that tip I went with a Kaenan hood. The body shop that sprayed it commented on how "finished" it was from the factory.

When I bought mine back in '03 I was ordering parts through a dealer friend who was giving me advice...not sure who he ordered it from but my records show $430.
