Don't take a screwdriver or anythying else and pry on your trim. While these methods may work for someone that has done it before and know what they are doing, you could easily ruin your trim.
The two pieces at the bottom of the front windshield (79-93) pop off, but for all the others get one of these

They are cheap, and work well without harming your trim or trim clips.

It's pretty much just stick the tool under the trim and work it along the bottom of the trim till the clips turn loose. It's a PITA for sure. You just have to be careful, and be patient. If you are scared your going to mess it up, just take it to your local body shop. Those guys do that regularly, and have the feel for it.
