Ok,now that I have the wiring issues straightened out,it has some tuning issues. Its wanting to idle like it has a Z cam in it,(its a stock motor)running a little on the warm side, and losing coolant somewhere. It misses off idle but once the RPMs come up the skip goes away and it runs fine. I replaced the intake gasket, cleaned the throttle body,Air bypass solenoid,EGR valve, reset the computer, put a new ground strap on it,new plugs, wires, cap n rotor, new injectors(well, almost new). The TPS maxes out at .657 volts, and thats after drilling out the adjusting slots. Could this be a culprit? Also, could the EGR spacer be cracked, and sucking in coolant? I'm an idiot when it comes to fuel injection,I've always had carb cars,so any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance! Joe

First thing I would do, is just bypass the EGR coolest passage. Just plug both lines going to it, won't harm a thing. How many miles on the motor?

bypass the egr coolant lines like bones said.I would run a leak down test to make sure you dont have a headgasket going out on ya, is the coolant mixing with your oil?
