Talk to me...........learn me something.

What do they do?

What's the difference?

Where the best price on one?

Is this a bolt on thing or muffler shop trip?

The only real difference I have noticed in having both on my car is the x sounds better. Havent really noticed a big power difference

The exhaust cross tube balances exhaust pulses and improves exhaust scavenging, improving flow. Typically, an X-pipe will outflow an H-pipe but the X-pipe has a raspier sound and the H-pipe produces a deeper tone. Wichever you choose, it is certainly worth having one. And they are usually bolt-in items between short or long headers and the flow tubes before the mufflers.

Thanks, now I just got to find a deal on one.

Bizarro, I hate that one you've got is for long tubes.

i have found that the H pipe sounds better with chambered mufflers and X pipes sound better with straight through mufflers
