i have change my heads to afr and come to find out that my radiator has stop leak in it.will this mess up heads or should i get anthor radiator.

It MIGHT be fine, if you were running a set of GT40's or something like that I'd probably say just flush it good and go for it. But with AFR's I'd get a new radiator. The cost of the radiator is way less than than the risk of ruining those high dollar heads.
