Computer Problems!!!!!!!!!!!

I've got a 92 notch that's an orginial 5.0 car. I've hjad a A9L in for the year that i've had it but recently put the comp in a friends car and when it was put back in mine, my car started going crazy! I've tried 3 different A9Ls and the cars stalls when cold and runs fine at normal temp but when turned off it will not start. Hooked diaganostic machine up to it and it says"cannot communicate with veichle". If an A9P(Auto computer is installed, it gives codes. Please help because i'm gonna burn it!

did you check the pins in the connector? may have knocked one loose while putting the ecu back in.
