so i asked a guy about the trick flow box series intake the other day,and he said no
but will trickflow R series intake fit under the stock hood. want a sleeper
and i dont want a big cowl

you may get it to work if you get some drop motor mounts.

also if your running a aftermarket k-member UPR makes a SHIM KIT for just that problem! :thumbsup1:

ugotdrug has one and it sits pretty high.

yea i seen one with a stock kmember and the guy had cut a spot out in his hood to make it clear lol.. i have a 5" hood so im not worried but its good to know if sombody wants to run a stock hood that they can buy a upr kmember and shim kit.

Ya he has a 4" cowl and it rubs the back of it, but solid motor mounts don't help!

you can shim any k member down.....

i had a TFS box R and i traded it for a ported systemax becuase i have a 2.5 cowl hood..

i got a 5" hood i dont think i will have any trouble lol. you cant ever go wrong with a ported systemax.
