question about 2.3 and 3.8 transmission

Will a auto from a 84 mustang 3.8 car work in my 93 2.3 coupe? OD is starting to go in my coupe so I have been looking around for some transmissions and this is a whole convertible parts car which I can use the doors off of it for my t-top car. Dont want to buy the car for $400 and only be able to get the doors off it.

No the 2.3 and 3.8 are different bolt patterns.
