sn95 dust covers?

Does anyone know what type of tool is needed to remove the dust sheild.

Just something like a sharp punch and a hammer. It's a rivot like fasterner. Knock the heads off and the dust shield will fall off. Can then use a small thin punch and tap out whats let in the spindle.
