The car was darn near stock when I got it. I think the only mod was an aftermarket radio, which I'd like to replace with an OE one. Other than that I need to hunt down a couple pieces and parts, freshen up the interior, give the paint some love... typical 24 year old car maintenance.

Let's start with the interior...

you might wanna get Scott to check with our buddy Jeff to see if he has any of the parts you need. Lord knows Jeff has a ton of parts for stangs....

That one should be fun to find parts for. I heard the parts are really difficult to locate and when you do find them they either don't want to sell them or you have to trade your first born child for it. I wish you the best of luck. Keep us posted.

Like Kelly said, PM a list of what you are needing, and I'll check with Jeff. He has two SVOs of his own.

I'll look into those contacts, thanks.

I saw a set of the rubber moldings on Ebay not too long ago... if I only knew to get the future I'd have gotten them. I'm not in a rush though. The parts will surface eventually.

The radio shouldn't be super hard to find. I had one in my old LTD wagon a year ago (had to sell the car though :( ). The leather seats will be done by someone my dad knows, so I'm not too worried there. The steering wheel just need to be restitched. I'm going to take the upper wing off and adhere it back together, as well as install the support for it so it doesn't sag (already ordered). The dash pad I can get new. I actually have the IC boot in the hatch, and they make those new now. The rubber behind the rear wheels is no big deal since I have that already. The cargo cover for the hatch might be near impossible to find in the right color though.

Mike, those seats are stock SVO seats? They look more supportive than newer fox seats, is that true? If so, I might have found an alternative to corbeaus hehe

I haven't had much seat time in them but they are more comfortable than the stock seats in my other two 1984 Stangs (not GT). They are the factory seats. My memory is failing me at the moment... I forget who made the seats for the SVOs... it was one of the aftermarket racing seat companies.

All I've done is the hatch shocks... you want pics of those? :lol1:
