Fluids and capacities for 4 banger t-5???

Was wondering if 80w90 gear oil would be fine for my 4 banger t-5 and how much I need to put in it :thumbsup1:

NO! use 3 quarts of dextron mercron III.

80w90 is WAY too thick. These manuals use automatic transmission fluid, more specficly Merc III or V.

my trans man suggest i use automatic tranny fluid. i've had it in my 4cyl t-5 for well over a year now and its still doin great.(and its behind a 302)
